2025 MOA Annual Conference

Registration, Cancellation Policy, and Deadline

Full registrations include education sessions, and trade show. Additional tickets for the trade show and dinner may only be purchased after one full registration has been purchased.

Cancellations received before April 4, 2025 will be refunded less $50. No refunds will be made after April 4, 2025.

Continuing Education: 8 total hours of continuing education credits will be available to paraoptometric assistants and opticians.

Hotel Reservations: Conference headquarters and registration will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 27 N. 27th St. Billings, MT 59101; (406)252-7400. The hotel is offering conference attendees special rates starting at $149 per night plus tax. When making reservations, be sure to indicate you are attending the MOA conference. Reservations need to made directly with the DoubleTree by Hilton by April 13 to receive the MOA conference rates.

Special Functions:

Trade Show: Thursday evening, May 8, will provide the opportunity to visit and place your orders with trade show vendors.
