2025 MOA Annual Conference

Registration, Cancellation Policy, and Deadline

Full registrations include education sessions, breakfasts, luncheon and trade show. Member status only applies if you have paid your 2024 dues in full. Additional tickets for the trade show and dinner may only be purchased after one full registration has been purchased.

Cancellations received before April 15, 2024 will be refunded less $50. No refunds will be made after April 15, 2024.

Continuing Education: 18 total hours of continuing education credits will be available to ODs.

Hotel Reservations: Conference headquarters and registration will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 27 N. 27th St. Billings, MT 59101; (406)252-7400. The hotel is offering conference attendees special rates starting at $149 per night plus tax. When making reservations, be sure to indicate you are attending the MOA conference. Reservations need to made directly with the DoubleTree by Hilton by April 13 to receive the MOA conference rates.

Trade Show: Thursday evening, May 8, will provide the opportunity to visit and place your orders with trade show vendors.
