Registration, Cancellation Policy, and Deadline
Full registrations include education sessions, breakfasts, luncheon and trade show. Member status only applies if you have paid your 2024 dues in full. Additional tickets for the trade show and dinner may only be purchased after one full registration has been purchased.
Cancellations received before April 15, 2024 will be refunded less $50. No refunds will be made after April 15, 2024.
Continuing Education: 18 total hours of continuing education credits will be available to ODs.
Hotel Reservations: Conference headquarters and registration will be at the Delta Hotels Helena Colonial, 2301 Colonial Drive, Helena, MT 59601; (406)443-2100. The hotel is offering conference attendees special rates starting at $226, plus tax, per night. When making reservations, be sure to indicate you are attending the MOA conference. Reservations need to be made directly with the hotel by April 30, 2024 to receive the MOA conference rates.
Special Functions:
CPR Course: Multiple opportunities to earn your CPR certification through the American Heart Association. Thursday 3:30 pm and Friday at 3:30 pm. Space is limited so reserve your spot now!
Trade Show: Thursday evening, May 16th, will provide the opportunity to visit and place your orders with trade show vendors.
