Registration, Cancellation Policy, and Deadline

Full registrations include education sessions, and trade show. Additional tickets for the trade show and dinner may only be purchased after one full registration has been purchased.

Cancellations received before April 12, 2023 will be refunded less $50. No refunds will be made after April 12, 2023. 

Continuing Education: 8 total hours of continuing education credits will be available to paraoptometric assistants and opticians.

Hotel Reservations: Conference headquarters and registration will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 27 N. 27th St. Billings, MT 59101; (406) 252-7400. The hotel is offering conference attendees special rates starting at $134, plus tax, per night. When making reservations, be sure to indicate you are attending the MOA conference. Reservations need to be made directly with the DoubleTree Hotel by April 22, 2023 to receive the MOA conference rates.  

Special Functions: 
Trade Show: Thursday evening, May 11, will provide the opportunity to visit and place your orders with trade show vendors.
